What counts as 'same day' under the first moment guarantee?

Same day means the recipient receives their Mojo Gift delivery on the day we go live with your programme. If it takes longer than 7 calendar days from the agreed go-live date, your first month of the programme is credited automatically. No claim required from you — we track this ourselves and apply the credit proactively.

What if my team isn't satisfied after 90 days?

We extend the programme by one full quarter at no charge. Not a discount on renewal, not a partial refund — a complete quarter of the full managed service, including Occasions Engine, Concierge Delivery, Culture Dashboard, and Global Compliance Shield, at zero cost. You tell us what isn't working. We fix it and run another quarter to prove the fix.

Do the recipient experience credits really never expire?

Never. Not 12 months. Not 24 months. Not subject to standard terms. A Mojo Gift credit is valid permanently. Recipients use theirs when the right moment arrives — this year, next year, whenever life presents the right occasion. This policy exists for one reason: we don't want to make money from recognition your employees never got to enjoy.

What if we want to cancel the programme after the 90-day satisfaction period?

You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day period. There are no lock-in clauses beyond the initial commitment, no cancellation penalties, and no obligation to use minimum credit volumes. Unused platform credits are refunded in full. We structure the contract this way deliberately — if you want to leave, we want to understand why and fix it, not retain you through contractual friction.

How do the guarantees apply to multi-country programmes?

All three guarantees apply globally. The Same-Day First Moment guarantee applies to the first delivery in your primary country and to every country in your programme.
